Returns & Cancellations


Return Policy

You may return any unopened merchandise (except Skincare, Haircare, and Makeup items) in its original condition, including the original packaging and packing slip, within 7 days of delivery receipt for a full refund, minus a 15% restocking fee.
Due to health and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare, Haircare, or Makeup items. Please make your selections carefully.
Shipping costs incurred for returning items are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Gamer Scents reserves the right to deny returns, refunds, or exchanges in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse of the return policy.

How to Return:

For Items Purchased Online:
Fill out a Merchandise Return Form (MRF) before sending your return. You can start your return process here.
Ensure your MRF is submitted and the email approval is printed and included with your return to ensure efficient processing.

International Returns:
Please contact our customer service team here to initiate your return and receive further instructions.

Important Return Guidelines:
All customers initiating returns must have a registered account on the website. All returns must be shipped using a trackable courier service such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS with Delivery Confirmation.
Gamer Scents is not responsible for packages that are not received and cannot be tracked. The responsibility lies solely with the shipping service.
If your package is returned to us with a notice of "refused," "unclaimed," or "undeliverable" your account will be credited accordingly.

Claims On Orders Not Received or Damaged Order Claims:
Orders received damaged during shipping, or orders never delivered we will issue a refund or an item replacement. Please contact support and keep the damaged package and item as we will request images to file a report with the shipping provider. This is necessary for credit or replacement. In these circumstances 


Processing Time:
Please allow up to 14 business days from the date we receive your return to process your refund or exchange.

Cancel Your Order
There is a small window of time after your order is placed during which cancellations can be processed. Simply go to our order page, and click "Cancel Order".

How long is the cancellation window?
The cancellation window varies depending on the time that your order was placed. And if the item is already fulfilled and shipped.

What happens if the cancellation window has passed?
If the cancellation window has passed, your order may already be in processing or fulfillment. In such cases:

Why is there a limited cancellation window?
The limited window allows us to maintain efficient operations and ensures timely delivery for all our customers. Once an order enters the processing phase, it's often difficult to halt production and shipments.
