The top notes include the rosy, powdery pink pepper; spicy, earthy nutmeg; sour, bitter cumin; bittersweet, leathery saffron; and green, resinous cardamom. Middle notes introduce more complex scents with warm, nutty myrrh and lemony, rose-like geranium.
