All products will be shipped within 3 to 7 days of purchase. In some cases sooner, but never later. Should there be any issues with your shipping address, please let us know as soon as possible, we are happy to fix or adjust it. However once a product has shipped we cannot change the shipping details.
We use standard shipping services, if you require expedited or overnight shipping please contact customer service as we can accommodate this for an extra fee.
We accept returns within 14 days for any product that is unopened and in its original packaging. Should a product arrive damaged please contact customer service and take photos of the packaging and product. All orders are insured during transit.
