Royall Vetiver Noir Cologne by Royall Fragrances, Royall vetiver noir cologne, launched in 2016 by royall fragrances, is one of only a small number of men’s fragrances created by this brand. This sensuous cologne has citrus top notes, followed by warm florals at its heart. A base of warm amber, oak moss and other woody aromas creates an earthy and memorable scent.
