Fenicia Perfume by The Merchant of Venice, Fenicia is a perfume with eastern influences released in 2015 by the luxury brand the merchant of venice. Its bright, citrusy top notes include elemi accords and lemon. The heart notes are a heady blend of spices and florals, creating an exotic and alluring scent.
